Bathroom - Plateau-Mont-Royal

This client was living with a furnace room in an en-suite bathroom. We gutted the bathroom, upgraded the electrical sevice and installed an electric boiler. New plumbing, electrical, additional stuctural support in the floors. Re-framed all the walls to provide straight walls. Supplied and installed a new bathroom extraction fan, with the correct insulation and extraction weatherhood. New plumbing fixtures, ceramics, paint and trim to finish.
