Solarium - Pointe-Claire

Our client hired us to complete all the rough and finishing work for this solarium addition. We demolished an existing concrete deck and proceeded to prepare the grade to install a positive slope away from the building. We installed a new frame, deck, trellice and completed all the interior finishing.

We also installed a bathroom extraction fan, and improved their attic ventilation by opening the blocked soffits.
