We complete a full renovation in this Montreal home. It started with removal of all existing surfaces, back to the original structure. We created a new exterior wall opening to install an over-size patio door. On the interior we re-structured and strengthened the floors, walls, and the ceiling to prepare for the new materials and products to be installed. We replaced the insulation in the exterior walls, installed sound proofing in the floors and ceiling, and all installed all new plumbing and electrical. Installation of new hardwood flooring in the kitchen, and main hall. The powder room was also completely renovated. Then we built custom cabinetry to complete the space.

We were hired to refresh this beautiful home in the west island. Our scope of work was to renovate the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, re-finish the interior floors, interior carpentry, and replace the garage roof asphalt shingles.

Custom kitchen cabinets built, and installed by our team of dedicated cabinet makers and carpenters.

Working with a small footprint in this semi-detached home, we squeezed a tonne of storage.

All doors, draws, and finishing panels are sprayed with a custom colour to our clients selection.

Custom build of roof top deck. New structural framing, specialized floor materials, custom railing and metal siding to finish.

Landscaping

Rear landscape project on this detached house in Pointe Claire. We installed new perimeter fence, custom wood panels around the exterior HVAC unit, new patio and path, downspout drainage, metal gate, stone rock wall around flower beds.
